The former East German Parliament building (Palast der Republik) on the site of the Berliner Schloß. Now in ruins, it has been used for art exhibitions, theater, entertainment, and even sporting events. Lately, there has been an exhibition inside called "Fraktale." Let's take a look inside and see what has become of this leftover GDR instititution.
